Today marks a significant milestone as Moore Threads Intelligent Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Moore Threads) made its official debut on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company issued a total of 70 million shares, priced at 114.28 yuan each, culminating in a remarkable fundraising effort of 8 billion yuan through its initial public offering (IPO). The capital raised will be predominantly allocated to Moore Threads' research and development endeavors focused on next-generation, independently controllable AI training and inference integrated chips, graphics processing units (GPUs), and AI system-on-chip (SoC) solutions. Additionally, a portion of the funds will be earmarked to bolster the company's working capital reserves.
