Based on the most recent research conducted by TrendForce, during the third quarter of 2025, cloud service providers' relentless expansion of AI infrastructure spurred a robust demand for Enterprise SSDs. This surge fueled a 16.5% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth in the combined revenue of the top five NAND Flash brand vendors, which soared to nearly US$17.1 billion. The production cutbacks initiated in the first half of the year yielded positive results, rectifying the supply-demand imbalance in the latter half. Moreover, a higher proportion of Enterprise SSD sales propelled the average selling prices (ASPs) of all original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) upwards. A detailed analysis of each supplier's Q3 revenue reveals that Samsung's stellar sales of Enterprise SSDs propelled its revenue to a 15.4% QoQ increase, reaching US$6 billion. Consequently, Samsung maintained its top position with a 32.3% market share.
