On November 28, Dinglong Co., Ltd. announced that two of its high-end wafer photoresist variants have successfully cleared the verification process conducted by major domestic wafer producers and have subsequently received orders. The Phase I production facility in Qianjiang, boasting an annual production capacity of 30 tons of KrF/ArF high-end wafer photoresists, is now fully operational for mass production and supply, effectively catering to the existing order requirements. By the third quarter of 2025, it's anticipated that among the approximately 30 types of high-end wafer photoresists developed by the company, more than 15 will have undergone sample verification, with over 10 progressing to gallon-scale testing. Meanwhile, the construction of the Phase II production line in Qianjiang, which is designed to have an annual capacity of 300 tons, is drawing to a close, with equipment debugging advancing seamlessly.
