On the morning of November 7, 2025, at precisely 9 a.m., the School of Integrated Circuits at Peking University and the Sisco Nano Semiconductor College convened a signing ceremony for the collaborative development of graduate-level courses. The event took place at the Micro-Nano Electronics Building. Present at the ceremony were Professor Cai Yimao, the Dean of the School of Integrated Circuits; Professor Liu Xiaoyan, the Associate Dean; Professor Liu Lifeng; Teacher Zhou Zheng.
