China has duly noted the statement issued by the Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs, Kareman, concerning the Nexperia issue. Nevertheless, it is evident that the Dutch authorities have not yet undertaken any tangible steps to cease encroaching upon the rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, nor have they taken measures to re-establish the stability of the global semiconductor supply chain. On November 1st, China declared pertinent export exemptions, emphasizing that the onus for the supply chain disruptions rests squarely on the shoulders of the Dutch side. China expresses the hope that the Dutch side will move beyond mere verbal assurances and promptly put forward constructive solutions. Moreover, it is imperative that the Dutch side takes decisive action to halt administrative meddling in corporate affairs and foster a proper resolution to the issue at hand. China has expressed its willingness to welcome personnel from the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs to China for consultations.
