On October 30, Ninestar released its third-quarter performance report for 2025. The report indicates that the company achieved a total operating revenue of 14.504 billion yuan in the first three quarters, representing a year-on-year decrease of 25.21%. The net profit attributable to shareholders recorded a loss of 356 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 132.94%. Specifically, the revenue for the third quarter was 2.178 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 67%. The decline in performance was primarily due to a loss of 516 million yuan incurred from the disposal of the Lexmark business, which impacted the profit for the current period.
