A U.S. official revealed that the Trump administration plans to sign an agreement with South Korea to enhance cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and 6G. The agreement will be signed on Wednesday by Michael Kratsios, Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. The agreement includes measures to strengthen export controls on artificial intelligence, reduce regulatory burdens on technology companies, improve biotechnology and pharmaceutical supply chains, protect quantum technology achievements, and promote cooperation in space and 6G communication technologies.
