Based on the most recent survey conducted by TrendForce, in anticipation of AMD's MI450 Helios platform, which is set to debut in 2026, NVIDIA has recently put in a request to the suppliers of crucial components for the Vera Rubin server rack. The tech giant has asked them to upgrade product specifications, specifically raising the HBM4 per-pin speed to 10Gbps. Although there are some uncertainties regarding this specification upgrade, it is projected that SK Hynix will continue to hold the title of the largest supplier during the early stages of HBM4 mass production.
