On September 15, 2025, Amlogic Holdings made an announcement revealing its intention to purchase, in cash, a 100% stake in Semicontech Microelectronics (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd., at a cost of RMB 316 million. Once the deal is finalized, Semicontech Microelectronics will transition into a fully-owned subsidiary of Amlogic Holdings. Semicontech Microelectronics boasts a wealth of technical know-how, along with a comprehensive array of products and solutions tailored for sectors like the Internet of Things (IoT), vehicle networking, and mobile intelligent terminals. This strategic acquisition will empower Amlogic Holdings to construct a multi-faceted communication technology framework and product lineup that integrates 'cellular communication + optical communication + Wi-Fi', thereby creating a uniquely competitive pan-AIoT (All-Internet of Things) solution.
