This violation pertains to the State Administration for Market Regulation's previous announcement regarding its antitrust review decision on NVIDIA's equity acquisition in Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. Consequently, the State Administration for Market Regulation has, in accordance with the law, decided to initiate a more in-depth investigation into the matter.
