On September 5, 2025, Sai Microelectronics made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Silex International Technology Co., Ltd., had successfully completed the acquisition of a 9.5% stake in Silex Microsystems Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. — a subsidiary under its control. This stake was previously held by the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Corporation, and the transaction amounted to 323.7096 million yuan (rounded to 324 million yuan for simplicity in the title). Prior to this acquisition, it's noteworthy that the National Integrated Circuit Fund had not yet secured approval from the relevant state-owned assets regulatory authority. Nevertheless, Sai Microelectronics proceeded with the transaction and finalized the delisting process via a property rights exchange. Following the completion of this deal, Sai Microelectronics' ownership stake in Silex Beijing has increased to a total of 81%.
