Several Chinese and international companies have been named as respondents, encompassing China's HKC Corporation Limited (Guangdong), Chongqing HKC Jinyu Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Hisense Group and its associated entities, multiple subsidiaries under TCL, South Korea's LG Electronics and its US arm, as well as the US-headquartered Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
