Researchers from Zhejiang University have pioneered the world's first electrically driven perovskite laser, marking a significant advancement in laser technology. This innovative laser integrates a dual-cavity structure, seamlessly merging perovskite LEDs with single-crystal perovskite microcavities. This design enables efficient photon coupling and laser emission, exhibiting remarkable performance. With a low laser threshold of 92 A/cm² and a high modulation rate of 36.2 MHz, this laser stands out for its stability and reliability.
