Dongxin Semiconductor aims to collaboratively invest approximately RMB 500 million alongside other investors to augment the capital of Shanghai Lisuan. Specifically, Dongxin Semiconductor will allocate roughly RMB 210.5 million from its own resources to subscribe for approximately RMB 809,900 worth of newly issued registered capital. Upon the successful completion of this capital increase, Dongxin Semiconductor will hold approximately 35.87% of the equity in Shanghai Lisuan.
