In celebration of National Day, the Vietnamese government announced on August 28 that it will distribute 100,000 Vietnamese dong (approximately equivalent to 27 Chinese yuan) to each of its citizens. The disbursement will be made either via direct bank account transfers or in the form of cash. Citizens who have enrolled in the VNeID system can effortlessly link their bank accounts to receive the funds electronically. For those who have not registered, they can visit designated community distribution points at specified times to collect their cash. The total sum allocated amounts to 10.7 trillion Vietnamese dong, encompassing Vietnam's entire population of 100 million, with the intent of sharing the nation's developmental milestones and fostering a jubilant ambiance for National Day.
