The Heilongjiang New Material Industry Investment Symposium, held in Harbin on the 30th as a highlight of the 7th China-Russia Expo, underscored Heilongjiang's robust advantages in resources, industrial foundations, scientific and educational resources, strategic locations, and versatile application scenarios within the new material industry. The province currently boasts proven reserves of 149 mineral types, with crystalline graphite reserves totaling 379 million tons, constituting 53.7% of the national total and securing Heilongjiang's top spot in the country. Additionally, its molybdenum metal reserves amount to 2.687 million tons, placing it fifth nationally.
