The team led by Associate Professor Zhang Zhenghua at Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School has introduced a revolutionary armor catalytic strategy leveraging graphene protection. This strategy seamlessly integrates robust catalyst anchoring technology, preserves redox functionality, and employs a modular design approach. By doing so, it surpasses the conventional trade-off between catalytic activity and stability, enabling simultaneous catalytic oxidation and molecular separation. The distinctive architecture of the armor catalyst and electrocatalytic membrane holds significant implications for advancing the understanding of membrane performance and catalytic mechanisms.
