ASR Technology has released a statement revealing that Alibaba Network intends to decrease its shareholding in the company by a maximum of 12,549,000 shares, equivalent to no more than 3% of the total share capital. This reduction will occur within three months following a period of 15 trading days from the date of the announcement's disclosure. The reduction will be executed through block trades or centralized bidding transactions, with prices determined by market conditions. Should there be any fluctuations in the company's share capital, the number of shares to be reduced will be proportionately adjusted.
