The configurations of AMD's forthcoming RDNA 5/UDNA architecture GPU chips have been unveiled, showcasing a flagship model boasting an impressive 96 compute units, alongside a range of models tailored to suit the entry-level market with varying compute unit counts. The flagship chip stands out with 16 shader engines, amounting to 96 compute units, complemented by a robust 512-bit memory interface and up to 128MB of Infinity Cache. On the other hand, the mid-range, low-end, and entry-level chips offer 40, 24, and 12 compute units respectively, each with corresponding adjustments in their configurations.
