VeriSilicon has released an announcement detailing that six shareholders, encompassing VeriSilicon Limited and Gongqingcheng Shixing Investment Partnership, intend to transfer a combined total of 26,285,663 shares, equivalent to 5.00% of the company's total share capital, through an inquiry-based transfer process. This move is designed to address the individual capital requirements of these shareholders. The minimum transfer price has been set at no less than 70% of the average trading price over the preceding 20 trading days prior to the issuance of the subscription invitation.
