Established in March 2025, Shenzhen Yushu Intelligent Robotics is led by Yang Bo and specializes in the development of AI application software, hardware sales, and system integration services tailored for industrial applications. According to the equity structure, the company is jointly owned by Yuhetian (Shenzhen) Smart Technology Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yuhetian Environmental Development Group Co., Ltd., and the newly acquired shareholder, Zhiyuan Innovation.
