These initiatives encompass enabling "one-stop online processing and seamless service transitions" for enterprise migration registration and associated services, intensifying the reform of environmental impact assessments, and instituting a comprehensive fee catalog system for enterprises to eliminate unlawful charges. Furthermore, the policy has refined the credit restoration framework and piloted "seamless license renewal" services alongside "scan-to-enter" seamless enterprise monitoring.
