Tencent's 2026 campus recruitment drive has officially commenced, aiming to attract university students graduating between January 2025 and December 2026. Over 70 positions across five key categories are on offer. At the forefront of this recruitment effort are software development and technical research talents, with a significant increase in investment in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Notably, certain software development positions boast a relatively high application success rate due to a low number of applicants despite high demand. Tencent will provide monthly updates on the progress of position admissions, enabling applicants to make flexible adjustments to their choices. Furthermore, the company has launched the "Qingyun Plan" and the AI Product Manager Trainee Program, initiatives aimed at further fostering and nurturing AI talent.
