This plan is tailored to attract and nurture top-tier enterprises and industry leaders, offering incentives of up to 5% of the contract value, with a maximum cap of 5 million yuan, to companies involved in the sale or leasing of embodied intelligent robots. Additionally, the plan underscores the importance of strengthening collaborations with central and state-owned enterprises, fostering the establishment of regional and functional headquarters, and supporting industry leaders, technology pioneers, and internet giants in establishing embodied intelligence entities within Shanghai.
