The AI Agent platform Manus is currently undergoing significant business adjustments. Among its approximately 120 employees in China, over 40 core technical personnel will be relocated to the company's headquarters in Singapore. The remaining approximately 80 employees, however, will face layoffs, with compensation packages of N+3 or 2N, which exceed legal requirements. This decision by Manus is driven by the need to enhance operational efficiency. Concurrently, Manus has initiated high-salary recruitment drives in Singapore to bolster its international footprint.
