Li Chunlin, Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, disclosed that it has been nearly five years since Shenzhen embarked on its pilot program for comprehensive reform in the pioneering demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Recently, the General Offices of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have issued new guidelines aimed at intensifying Shenzhen's reform efforts and fostering a high-standard market economy system. These new guidelines are seen as an enhanced version of the initial program, with a focus on ensuring their effective implementation moving forward.
