Starbucks has officially announced a collaboration with Microsoft's Azure platform to introduce an AI assistant named "Green Dot Assist," leveraging OpenAI technology. Tailored specifically for baristas, this assistant is designed to enhance their workflow and simplify daily tasks. Currently, Green Dot Assist is undergoing a pilot program in 35 stores across North America, with plans to expand its reach to all Starbucks locations in the United States and Canada by fiscal year 2026.
