On May 29, Xinguodu announced the completion of a strategic share transfer, marking a significant milestone in its operational development and business planning. The company has successfully transferred the 40% equity stake in Dongguan Xinguodu Technology Co., Ltd., previously held by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinguodu International Co., Ltd. As a result, Xinguodu now directly holds 100% of the equity in Dongguan Xinguodu Technology Co., Ltd.
