This initiative is designed to harness AI tools, extensive traffic resources, and comprehensive operational support to propel the digital transformation of Yiwu merchants and facilitate their expansion into global markets. Aicaigou, which processes over 35 million procurement requests daily, has already empowered 450,000 small and medium-sized enterprises, drastically enhancing inquiry handling and business opportunity conversion rates.

The "Breaking Waves Program" encompasses a range of benefits, including the waiving of membership fees, the provision of multilingual digital avatars, advanced video production tools, and the allocation of tens of billions of traffic to participating merchants. These measures are aimed at bolstering their online presence and international competitiveness.
