Honor has introduced its Alpha Strategy in China, marking a significant shift from being a smartphone manufacturer to a pioneering global AI terminal ecosystem company. The company plans to invest over 70 billion yuan (approximately $10 billion) over the next five years to establish a comprehensive AI ecosystem. Fang Fei, President of Honor's Product Line, elaborated on the strategy, outlining three key phases: initially, creating genuinely intelligent smartphones; subsequently, constructing a smart ecosystem; and ultimately, embracing the era of general artificial intelligence.
