On the 12th, Beijing hosted the Second AI Capacity Building Seminar, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by Tsinghua University. Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Ma Zhaoxu emphasized that artificial intelligence (AI) presents both opportunities and challenges, urging all nations to embrace the vision of a shared future for humanity. He advocated for an open, equitable, inclusive, and collaborative approach to AI innovation governance, transforming it into an international public good that benefits all mankind. Over the course of six days, the seminar attracted 37 delegates from 34 countries and international regional organizations, who engaged in in-depth discussions on topics encompassing the equitable and inclusive development of global AI and international cooperation.
