iFLYTEK Invests 70 Million Yuan to Establish Two AI Companies in Hubei Province

Recently, the Qichacha APP has revealed that iFLYTEK has set up two new ventures in Hubei Province: Hubei Xiaoya Technology Co., Ltd. and Hubei Xunyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. These companies have registered capitals of 50 million yuan and 20 million yuan, respectively. Nie Xiaolin and Li Lunjun serve as the legal representatives of these two enterprises, which are dedicated to pivotal sectors including AI application software development, basic software development, as well as theory and algorithm software development. Notably, Hubei Xiaoya is a joint venture between iFLYTEK Central China (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and two partnerships, whereas Hubei Xunyuan is a wholly-owned subsidiary of iFLYTEK Central China.
