On April 19th, Baidu Recruitment's official WeChat account announced a significant initiative: over the next three years, the company will offer 21,000 internship opportunities to exceptional university talent. Additionally, Baidu aims to enhance the training of interns, with the objective of increasing the conversion rate from internship to full-time employment. Earlier this year, in March, Baidu had already launched over 3,000 summer internship positions, with 87% of these positions focused on AI, spanning diverse fields such as large models, machine learning, and autonomous driving.
