Over the next three years, Baidu aims to offer 21,000 internship positions, emphasizing the cultivation of talented students and enhancing the rate of permanent employment. This year alone, the company has unveiled over 3,000 summer internship roles, with a remarkable 87% of these positions dedicated to AI-related fields.
