According to Yang Zhigang, Deputy Director of the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Statistics, the swift progress in artificial intelligence technologies, notably Deepseek, coupled with governmental initiatives encouraging the replacement of outdated consumer goods, has sparked a new wave of demand for computing power-related products. In the first quarter of this year, Sichuan witnessed notable growth in the production of industrial robots, sensors, and discrete semiconductor devices, with increases of 20.9%, 23.3%, and 25.4%, respectively.
