Tencent has augmented its equity stake in Shanghai Zhiyuan Xinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhiyuan Robotics, elevating its shareholding from roughly 2.06% to 2.7%. Zhiyuan Xinchuang, founded in 2023 under the leadership of Legal Representative Deng Taihua, specializes in the research and development of intelligent robots. Currently, the company is owned collaboratively by several enterprises.
