NVIDIA intends to establish a $500 billion AI infrastructure in the United States over the next four years, leveraging partnerships with numerous companies. On Monday, the company announced that production of its latest AI chips, dubbed "Blackwell," has commenced at TSMC's new Phoenix facility. Furthermore, NVIDIA is partnering with Foxconn and Wistron in Texas to construct a supercomputer factory, while collaborating with Amkor and SPIL in Arizona for packaging and testing services. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang emphasized that this initiative will bolster the company's manufacturing prowess in the US, effectively addressing the escalating demand for AI chips and supercomputers, and fortifying supply chain resilience.
