The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has released an official statement, affirming its commitment to safeguarding national sovereignty, security, and development interests. Consequently, six United States companies, notably including Guardian AI, have been added to the Unreliable Entity List. This action prohibits these entities from engaging in any import and export activities pertaining to China, as well as from making new investments within China. The announcement will come into force at 12:01 PM on April 10, 2025.
