On April 7, Saudi Cargo Airlines commenced operations on the Riyadh-Zhengzhou-Liege freight route using its B747 all-cargo aircraft. The route will operate twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, focusing on the transportation of electronics and cross-border e-commerce goods. By utilizing the fifth freedom of the air, this route strengthens Zhengzhou Airport's freight links with Saudi Arabia and Europe, significantly advancing the development of international freight corridors in central China. This initiative also provides a fresh impetus to Zhengzhou Airport's aspirations of becoming a leading international air cargo hub.
