Huawei has released its 2024 annual report, revealing that its operating results exceeded expectations, with global sales revenue hitting RMB 862.1 billion and net profit amounting to RMB 62.6 billion. Notably, Huawei Cloud excelled, with sales revenue soaring to RMB 68.8 billion, marking a year-on-year growth of 24.4%. Overseas public cloud revenue experienced an impressive increase of over 50%, and Ascend AI cloud services witnessed a remarkable six-fold jump. Furthermore, Huawei's commitment to research and development (R&D) remained steadfast, with investments totaling RMB 179.7 billion in 2024, accounting for 20.8% of its annual revenue. Over the past decade, Huawei's cumulative R&D investment has surpassed RMB 1,249 billion.
