The Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation recently announced that the planned joint venture involving CNPC Kunlun Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd., among other operators, has entered the public comment period, which runs from November 4 to November 13, 2026. According to the simplified public notice, Kunlun Manufacturing, together with its concerted parties Kunlun Capital, Unitree Robotics, and Beijing Fanjie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., signed an agreement to establish a new joint venture focused on industrial embodied intelligent robotics solutions. Upon completion of the transaction, Kunlun Manufacturing and its concerted parties will collectively hold a 60% stake, while Unitree Robotics and Fanjie Intelligent will each hold 20%, with the three parties exercising joint control over the joint venture.
