On November 4, Vice Mayor Lu Shan met with a delegation led by Rosanne Foust, President of the Bay Area Council. The two sides exchanged views on deepening cooperation between Shanghai and the San Francisco Bay Area in areas including economy and trade, culture and people-to-people exchanges, healthcare, artificial intelligence, and youth affairs. The Council has organized California enterprises to participate in the China International Import Expo for nine consecutive years.
