On November 4, at the Zhejiang Sub-forum of the 2026 World Internet Conference, NetEase Zhigi announced three major upgrades to its enterprise-level AI Agent platform "Emperor Crab," debuted its smart badge hardware product, and introduced two new capabilities: the knowledge engine "Wandian" and Agent Team. The smart badge bridges offline business information—such as customer visits and on-site services—with the AI system. "Wandian" integrates multi-source information including documents, emails, work orders, CRM data, and on-site communications, and leverages the logical and temporal relationships among this information to provide a foundation for Agent judgment and execution. Agent Team enables complex tasks to be carried out across roles and steps through division of labor, discussion, and verification among multiple specialized Agents.
