Ctrip Corporate Travel and Tencent Cloud have entered into a strategic partnership. The Ctrip Corporate Travel AI Agent is integrated into WorkBuddy as a connector, requiring no additional development on the part of enterprises; employees can access travel services simply by chatting within WorkBuddy. Drawing on Ctrip Corporate Travel's years of experience in travel management and an AI knowledge base covering a full range of resources, most travel consultation scenarios can be answered directly by AI. With this integration, employees only need to input their travel requirements, and AI can provide matching recommendation plans within the compliance framework—condensing a process that previously involved more than ten steps and took over 15 minutes into just 3 steps and 1 to 2 minutes, boosting efficiency by roughly 10 times. Looking ahead, the two parties will combine enterprises' corporate travel and daily office needs to continuously enrich agent and connector capabilities and explore more ways to implement AI in enterprise travel scenarios.
