The National Data Administration recently convened a symposium on pilot work for data annotation, during which participants reviewed progress, exchanged insights, and outlined key priorities for the next phase. The meeting underscored that data annotation demands coordinated efforts across localities and various stakeholders. Moving forward, three measures will be implemented: aligning supply with demand by developing a dataset demand map; driving construction through application by advancing the rollout of model-data resonance scenarios; and guiding the registration and application tracking of annotated datasets to facilitate effective reuse and expansion—all with the goal of advancing the construction of high-quality datasets.
