The General Office of the State Council has released the Opinions on Adapting to the Development of Artificial Intelligence Technology to Foster an Employment-Centric Growth Model. The document outlines strategies to broaden employment prospects within the burgeoning AI sector. By advancing the 'AI Plus' initiative, the eastern region is urged to concentrate on cultivating core AI industries. Simultaneously, the central and western regions are guided to foster upstream and downstream sectors, including data annotation and smart terminal manufacturing, thus generating fresh avenues for job creation.

Additionally, the policy emphasizes the need to expedite the growth of AI-native businesses and nurture specialized, refined, unique, and innovative 'little giant' enterprises. Qualified enterprises will be integrated into the realm of special financial loans, aiding them in stabilizing and expanding their workforce, ultimately paving the way for increased employment opportunities.
