METiS Pharmaceuticals will harness its AiLNP platform to forge a new generation of LNP delivery technologies, while Eli Lilly will pool its superior resources to jointly propel the collaboration projects forward.

As per the collaboration pact, METiS Pharmaceuticals is set to receive an upfront payment exceeding USD 10 million, coupled with the prospect of earning milestone payments of up to USD 1.1 billion, in addition to tiered royalties pegged to the annual net sales of the collaborative products. This alliance heralds the inaugural strategic partnership in China, centered around a generative AI platform for LNP delivery technology. Moreover, it stands as the largest AI-driven extrahepatic LNP delivery platform collaboration on the global stage.
