Runjian Co., Ltd. has made an announcement revealing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuxiang Yungu, has recently entered into an 'AI Token Cross-border Sales Service Contract' with Company X. This contract carries a substantial value of US$200 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 1.338 billion). Spanning a duration of twelve months, the contract's validity period extends from October 19, 2026, to October 18, 2027. As per the contract terms, the service fee, which corresponds to the actual annual consumption of tokens within the service period, is stipulated to be no less than US$200 million.
