On October 16, WorkBuddy issued a notice. Due to service disruptions experienced with the DeepSeek model between 8:11 and 13:04 on October 15, WorkBuddy has decided to refund the points consumed by affected users who utilized DeepSeek from October 8 to October 14. These refunds will be processed and credited to users' accounts within 7 working days. Furthermore, as a gesture of goodwill, each user of the domestic version of WorkBuddy will receive an additional 500 points as a complimentary gift. Users are required to manually claim these points before 24:00 on October 22, and the points will remain valid for a period of one month.
