On October 12, Geer Software declared that its stock price had experienced abnormal volatility, with a deviation exceeding 20% from the benchmark over two consecutive trading days. Following a self-assessment, the company affirmed that there were no significant undisclosed events and that its production and operations were proceeding as usual. Geer Software is currently intensifying its efforts to integrate AI into its core business, yet the revenue generated from these AI-related operations is still relatively modest. In the first half of 2026, the company posted revenue of RMB 127 million, marking a 10.09% year-on-year increase, albeit with a net profit loss. Notably, one of its principal controllers, Lu Haitian, is in the midst of reducing his stake, intending to divest no more than 1.9996% of the company's shares. The reduction plan has not yet been finalized.
